2. Can I order 1 or 2 pcs as the same price for the distributors? I am a doctor.

Yes. You can. We can not recognize you at first.      But we will recommend you to our distributors who can offer good service for you.

3. Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. You can registrate PayPal account and pay via PayPal by credit card to our account. It is quite convenient.

4. What's your warranty and after service policy?

1 year warranty.  If any product damaged the time you get them, we will fix it or replace a new one for you. Take photos for the damaged one, our engineers will evaluate and give you a positive solution.

5. What is the delivery time?

1-3 days if goods are in stock,      10-15days for special request on package,      15-30days for big orders or special request on products.

6. Can you print our logo on the products?

Yes, free of charge. But we need the authorization letter for the logo from your side.  We refuse any infringements.

7. Any problems for the custom? I do not know how to get the goods.

We have agents who can professionally operate with DHL, FexEx, UPS, TNT, EMS etc..

8. Some company quotes me lower price and ask 20% higher than first time. Will you?

No, we keep the same price for you at least one year. And we will adjust it next year.      But for long-term customers, we will not change the price.
